For over a decade, teachers, staff, families, and community have come together to serve the students of East San José. We are guided by our North Star: ensuring at least 75% of Alpha alumni graduate with a four-year college degree within six years of high school graduation. This commitment is paying off: not only do 80% of Alpha graduates successfully enroll in college, but 89% of those alumni persist in college.
According to Stanford University’s Center for Research on Educational Outcomes (CREDO), Alpha students are making reading and math gains at a rate that outpaces their peers in traditional public schools.
