Michael White is a parent board member at Alpha Cornerstone. Raised by a single mother who worked two jobs to make ends meet, Michael learned early on the value of education from her unwavering persistence and sacrifice. That foundation carried him through to UCLA, where he earned his degree.
Michael is committed to giving his own children the same opportunity to pursue and complete higher education. He chose to enroll his children in Alpha schools because of their outstanding academic performance, and he is a strong believer in Alpha’s North Star goal. Michael has also been especially impressed by Alpha’s Stars of Tomorrow program, and he looks forward to contributing his time and perspective as a board member to help further the school’s mission.
Professionally, Michael is a claims adjuster with twenty years of experience, skilled in handling claims involving cars, RVs, boats, heavy commercial vehicles, and homes.
